Thank you for shopping with Lamori. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be subject to slight delays. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged, Lamori will gladly replace or refund the affected items.
